Sirach 16:23

He that wanteth understanding will think upon vain things: and a foolish man erring imagineth follies.

He that lacks understanding will think upon vain things: and a foolish man erring imagines follies.

He who is lacking in understanding thinks about these things. An unwise and erring man thinks foolishly.

He that is humble of heart, wil consider these things: but an vnwise and erronious man casteth his minde vpon foolish things.
