Acceptance

By using sovereignlogos.com or subscribing to our email or SMS programs, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Sovereign Logos publishes a daily Bible reading plan, study materials, and a chapter comparison interface. The Old Testament uses Brenton's public domain Septuagint translation; the New Testament uses the public domain King James Version. Restored books and study notes are provided as ministry resources.

Email subscription

When you subscribe to email, you consent to receive a daily Bible reading message at the address you provide, plus occasional service notices. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

SMS subscription

When you submit your mobile number on the subscribe page and complete the confirmation step, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Sovereign Logos at that number, including:

• Daily Bible reading notifications.
• Account and transactional messages (confirmation codes, opt-in and opt-out confirmations, service notices).

Message frequency varies but typically does not exceed one message per day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or STOP at any time to cancel. After replying STOP you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages unless you re-subscribe.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS is available on supported U.S. mobile carriers only.

Mobile information, phone numbers, and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit a phone number or email address that is not yours, or that you do not have permission to enroll.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or probe the service for vulnerabilities.
• Scrape or republish content in ways that misrepresent the source.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Content and copyright

Scripture text on the site is in the public domain. Original study notes, design, code, and other ministry-produced material are owned by Sovereign Logos and provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may share readings and quotations freely; please do not republish wholesale or claim authorship.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that messages will always be delivered on time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sovereign Logos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
