Sirach 16:26

The works of the Lord are done in judgment from the beginning: and from the time he made them he disposed the parts thereof.

In the judgment of the Lord are his works from the beginning. From the making of them he determined their boundaries.

The Lord hathe set his workes in good order from the beginning, & parte of them hathe he sundred from the other when he first made them.
