Sirach 33:4

As thou wast sanctified in us before them: so be thou magnified among them before us.

Prepare what to say, and so you shall be heard: and bind up instruction, and then make answer.

Prepare your speech, and so you will be heard. Bind up instruction, and make your answer.

As the question is made, prepare the answer, and so shalt thou be heard: be sure of the matter, and so answer.
