Sirach 38:19

In affliction also sorrow remaineth: and the life of the poor is the curse of the heart.

In affliction also sorrow remains: and the life of the poor is the curse of the heart.

In calamity, sorrow also remains. A poor man’s life is grievous to the heart.

Of the affection of the heart cometh sorow, and the life of him that is afflicted, is according to his heart.
