1 Esdras 6:11

Then asked we these elders, saying, By whose commandment build you⌃ this house, and lay the foundations of these works?

Then asked we these elders, saying, By whose commandment build ye this house, and lay the foundations of these works?

Then we asked these elders, saying, ‘By whose authority are you building this house and laying the foundations of these works?’

Then we asked their Ancients, saying, By whose commandement buyld you this House & lay the fundacion of these workes?
