Sirach 10:1

A wise judge will instruct his people; and the government of a prudent man is well ordered.

A wise judge will instruct his people. The government of a man of understanding will be well ordered.

A Wise iudge wil instruct his people with discretion: the gouernance of a prudent man is wel ordered.
