Sirach 10:3

An unwise king destroys his people; but through the prudence of them which are in authority the city shall be inhabited.

An unwise king destroyeth his people; but through the prudence of them which are in authority the city shall be inhabited.

An undisciplined king will destroy his people. A city will be established through the understanding of the powerful.

An vnwise King destroieth his people, but where they that be in autoritie, are men of vnderstanding, there the citie prospereth.
