Exodus 7:13

And the heart of Pharao was hardened, and he hearkened not to them, as the Lord charged them.

And he hardened Pharaoh’s heart, that he hearkened not unto them; as the Lord had said.

Pharaoh’s heart was hardened, and he didn’t listen to them, as Yahweh had spoken.

So Pharaohs heart was hardened, and hee hearkened not to them, as the Lord had saide.
