Sirach 15:19

and his eyes are upon them that fear him, and he knoweth every work of man.

And his eyes are upon them that fear him, and he knoweth every work of man.

His eyes are upon those who fear him. He knows every act of man.

And the eyes [of the Lord] are vpon them that feare him, and he knoweth all the workes of man.
