Sirach 33:27

Send him to labour, that he be not idle; for idleness teacheth much evil.

Yoke and whip will bow the neck. For an evil slave there are racks and tortures.

Set him to worke, for that belongeth vnto him: if he be not obedient, put on more heauie fetters.
