Sirach 38:24

The wisdom of a learned man cometh by opportunity of leisure: and he that hath little business shall become wise.

The wisdom of the scribe comes by the opportunity of leisure. He who has little business can become wise.

¶The wisdome of a learned man cometh by vsing wel his vacant time: and he that ceaseth from his owne matters and labour, may come by wisdome.
