1And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,
1And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying,
2On the first day of the first month, at the new moon, you shall set up the tabernacle of witness,
2On the first day of the first month shalt thou set up the tabernacle of the tent of the congregation.
3and you shall place [in it] the ark of the testimony, and shall cover the ark with the veil,
3And thou shalt put therein the ark of the testimony, and cover the ark with the vail.
4and you shall bring in the tableand shall set forth that which is to be set forth on it; and you shall bring in the candlestickand place its lamps on it.
4And thou shalt bring in the table, and set in order the things that are to be set in order upon it; and thou shalt bring in the candlestick, and light the lamps thereof.
5And you shall place the golden altar, to burn incense before the ark; and you shall put a covering of a veil on the door of the tabernacle of witness.
5And thou shalt set the altar of gold for the incense before the ark of the testimony, and put the hanging of the door to the tabernacle.
6And you shall put the altar of burnt offerings by the doors of the tabernacle of witness, and you shall set up the tabernacle round about, and you shall hallow all that belongs to it round about.
6And thou shalt set the altar of the burnt offering before the door of the tabernacle of the tent of the congregation.
9And you shall take the anointing oil, and shall anoint the tabernacle, and all things in it; and shall sanctify it, and all its furniture, and it shall be holy.
9And thou shalt take the anointing oil, and anoint the tabernacle, and all that is therein, and shalt hallow it, and all the vessels thereof: and it shall be holy.
10And you shall anoint the altar of burnt offerings, and all its furniture; and you shall hallow the altar, and the altarshall be most holy.
10And thou shalt anoint the altar of the burnt offering, and all his vessels, and sanctify the altar: and it shall be an altar most holy.
12And you shall bring Aaron and his sons to the doors of the tabernacle of witness, and you shall wash them with water.
12And thou shalt bring Aaron and his sons unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and wash them with water.
13And you shall put on Aaron the holy garments, and you shall anoint him, and you shall sanctify him, and he shall minister to me as priest.
13And thou shalt put upon Aaron the holy garments, and anoint him, and sanctify him; that he may minister unto me in the priest’s office.
14And you shall bring up his sons, and shall put garments on them.
14And thou shalt bring his sons, and clothe them with coats:
15And you shall anoint themas you did anoint their father, and they shall minister to me as priests; and it shall be that they shall have an everlasting anointing of priesthood, throughout their generations.
15And thou shalt anoint them, as thou didst anoint their father, that they may minister unto me in the priest’s office: for their anointing shall surely be an everlasting priesthood throughout their generations.
16And Moses did all things whatever the Lord commanded him, so did he.
16Thus did Moses: according to all that the Lord commanded him, so did he.
17And it came to pass in the first month, in the second year after their going forth out of Egypt, at the new moon, that the tabernacle was set up.
17And it came to pass in the first month in the second year, on the first day of the month, that the tabernacle was reared up.
18And Moses set up the tabernacle, and put on the capitals, and put the bars into their places, and set up the posts.
18And Moses reared up the tabernacle, and fastened his sockets, and set up the boards thereof, and put in the bars thereof, and reared up his pillars.
19And he stretched out the curtains over the tabernacle, and put the veil of the tabernacle on it above as the Lord commanded Moses.
19And he spread abroad the tent over the tabernacle, and put the covering of the tent above upon it; as the Lord commanded Moses.
20And he took the testimonies, and put them into the ark; and he put the staves by the sides of the ark.
20And he took and put the testimony into the ark, and set the staves on the ark, and put the mercy seat above upon the ark:
21And he brought the ark into the tabernacle, and put on [it] the covering of the veil, and covered the ark of the testimony, as the Lord commanded Moses.
21And he brought the ark into the tabernacle, and set up the vail of the covering, and covered the ark of the testimony; as the Lord commanded Moses.
22And he put the table in the tabernacle of witness, on the north side without the veil of the tabernacle .
22And he put the table in the tent of the congregation, upon the side of the tabernacle northward, without the vail.
23And he put on it the show bread before the Lord, as the Lord commanded Moses.
23And he set the bread in order upon it before the Lord; as the Lord had commanded Moses.
24And he put the candlestick into the tabernacle of witness, on the side of the tabernacle toward the south.
24And he put the candlestick in the tent of the congregation, over against the table, on the side of the tabernacle southward.
25And he put on it its lamps before the Lord, as the Lord had commanded Moses.
25And he lighted the lamps before the Lord; as the Lord commanded Moses.
26And he put the golden altar in the tabernacle of witness before the veil;
26And he put the golden altar in the tent of the congregation before the vail:
27and he burnt on it incense of composition, as the Lord commanded Moses.
27And he burnt sweet incense thereon; as the Lord commanded Moses.
29And he put the altar of the burnt offerings by the doors of the tabernacle .

31And he set up the court round about the tabernacle and the altar; and Moses accomplished all the works.
31And Moses and Aaron and his sons washed their hands and their feet thereat:
34And the cloud covered the tabernacle of witness, and the tabernacle was filled with the glory of the Lord .
34Then a cloud covered the tent of the congregation, and the glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle.
35And Moses was not able to enter into the tabernacle of testimony, because the cloud overshadowed it, and the tabernacle was filled with the glory of the Lord .
35And Moses was not able to enter into the tent of the congregation, because the cloud abode thereon, and the glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle.
36And when the cloud went up from the tabernacle, the children of Israel prepared to depart with their baggage.
36And when the cloud was taken up from over the tabernacle, the children of Israel went onward in all their journeys:
37And if the cloud went not up, they did not prepare to depart, till the day when the cloud went up.
37But if the cloud were not taken up, then they journeyed not till the day that it was taken up.
38For a cloud was on the tabernacle by day, and fire was on it by night before all Israel, in all their journeyings.
38For the cloud of the Lord was upon the tabernacle by day, and fire was on it by night, in the sight of all the house of Israel, throughout all their journeys.
