1And the second lot came out for the children of Symeon; and their inheritance was in the midst of the lots of the children of Juda.
1And the second lot came forth to Simeon, even for the tribe of the children of Simeon according to their families: and their inheritance was within the inheritance of the children of Judah.
2And their lot was Beersabee, and Samaa, and Caladam,
2And they had in their inheritance Beer–sheba, Sheba, and Moladah,
3and Arsola, and Bola, and Jason,
3And Hazar–shual, and Balah, and Azem,
4and Erthula, and Bula, and Herma,
4And Eltolad, and Bethul, and Hormah,
5and Sikelac, and Baethmachereb, and Sarsusin,
5And Ziklag, and Beth–marcaboth, and Hazar–susah,
6and Batharoth, and their fields, thirteen cities, and their villages.
6And Beth–lebaoth, and Sharuhen; thirteen cities and their villages:
7Eremmon, and Thalcha, and Jether, and Asan; four cities and their villages,
7Ain, Remmon, and Ether, and Ashan; four cities and their villages:
8round about their cities as far as Balec as [men] go to Bameth southward: this [is] the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Symeon according to their families.
8And all the villages that were round about these cities to Baalath–beer, Ramath of the south. This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Simeon according to their families.
9The inheritance of the tribe of the children of Symeon [was a part] of the lot of Juda, for the portion of the children of Juda was greater than theirs; and the children of Symeon inherited in the midst of their lot.
9Out of the portion of the children of Judah was the inheritance of the children of Simeon: for the part of the children of Judah was too much for them: therefore the children of Simeon had their inheritance within the inheritance of them.
10And the third lot came out to Zabulon according to their families: the bounds of their inheritance shall be—Esedekgola shall be their border,
10And the third lot came up for the children of Zebulun according to their families: and the border of their inheritance was unto Sarid:
11the seaand Magelda, and it shall reach to Baetharaba in the valley, which is opposite Jekman.
11And their border went up toward the sea, and Maralah, and reached to Dabbasheth, and reached to the river that is before Jokneam;
12And the border returned from Sedduc in a contrary direction eastward from Baethsamys, to the borders of Chaselothaith, and shall pass on to Dabiroth, and shall proceed upward to Phangai.
12And turned from Sarid eastward toward the sunrising unto the border of Chisloth–tabor, and then goeth out to Daberath, and goeth up to Japhia,
13And thence it shall come round in the opposite direction eastward to Gebere to the city of Catasem, and shall go on to Remmonaa Matharaoza.
13And from thence passeth on along on the east to Gittah–hepher, to Ittah–kazin, and goeth out to Remmon–methoar to Neah;
14And the borders shall come round northward to Amoth, and their going out shall be at Gaephael,
14And the border compasseth it on the north side to Hannathon: and the outgoings thereof are in the valley of Jiphthah–el:
15and Catanath, and Nabaal, and Symoon, and Jericho, and Baethman.
15And Kattath, and Nahallal, and Shimron, and Idalah, and Beth–lehem: twelve cities with their villages.
16This [is] the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Zabulon according to their families, [these] cities and their villages.
16This is the inheritance of the children of Zebulun according to their families, these cities with their villages.
17And the fourth lot came out to Issachar.

18And their borders were Jazel, and Chasaloth, and Sunam,
18And their border was toward Jezreel, and Chesulloth, and Shunem,
19and Agin, and Siona, and Reeroth,
19And Hapharaim, and Shion, and Anaharath,
20and Anachereth, and Dabiron, and Kison, and Rebes,
20And Rabbith, and Kishion, and Abez,
21and Remmas, and Jeon, and Tomman, and Aemarec, and Bersaphes.
21And Remeth, and En–gannim, and En–haddah, and Beth–pazzez;
22And the boundaries shall border upon Gaethbor, and upon Salim westward, and Baethsamys; and the extremity of his bounds shall be Jordan.
22And the coast reacheth to Tabor, and Shahazimah, and Beth–shemesh; and the outgoings of their border were at Jordan: sixteen cities with their villages.
23This [is] the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Issachar according to their families, the cities and their villages.

24And the fifth lot came out to Aser according to their families.

25And their borders were Exeleketh, and Aleph, and Baethok, and Keaph,

26and Elimelech, and Amiel, and Maasa, and the lot will border on Carmel westward, and on Sion, and Labanath.
26And Alammelech, and Amad, and Misheal; and reacheth to Carmel westward, and to Shihor–libnath;
27And it will return westward from Baethegeneth, and will join Zabulon and Ekgai, and Phthaeel northwards, and the borders will come to Saphthaebaethme, and Inael, and will go on to Chobamasomel,
27And turneth toward the sunrising to Beth–dagon, and reacheth to Zebulun, and to the valley of Jiphthah–el toward the north side of Beth–emek, and Neiel, and goeth out to Cabul on the left hand,
28and Elbon, and Raab, and Ememaon, and Canthan to great Sidon.
28And Hebron, and Rehob, and Hammon, and Kanah, even unto great Zidon;
29And the borders shall turn back to Rama, and to the fountain of Masphassat, and the Tyrians; and the borders shall return to Jasiph, and their going forth shall be the sea, and Apoleb, and Echozob,
29And then the coast turneth to Ramah, and to the strong city Tyre; and the coast turneth to Hosah; and the outgoings thereof are at the sea from the coast to Achzib:
30and Archob, and Aphec, and Raau.
30Ummah also, and Aphek, and Rehob: twenty and two cities with their villages.
31This [is] the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Aser according to their families, the cities and their villages.
31This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Asher according to their families, these cities with their villages.
32And the sixth lot came out to Nephthali.
32The sixth lot came out to the children of Naphtali, even for the children of Naphtali according to their families.
33And their borders were Moolam, and Mola, and Besemiin, and Arme, and Naboc, and Jephthamai, as far as Dodam; and their goings out were Jordan.
33And their coast was from Heleph, from Allon to Zaanannim, and Adami, Nekeb, and Jabneel, unto Lakum; and the outgoings thereof were at Jordan:
34And the coasts will return westward by Athabor, and will go out thence to Jacana, and will border on Zabulon southward, and Aser will join [it] westward, and Jordan eastward.
34And then the coast turneth westward to Aznoth–tabor, and goeth out from thence to Hukkok, and reacheth to Zebulun on the south side, and reacheth to Asher on the west side, and to Judah upon Jordan toward the sunrising.
35And the walled cities of the Tyrians, Tyre, and Omathadaketh, and Kenereth,
35And the fenced cities are Ziddim, Zer, and Hammath, Rakkath, and Chinnereth,
36and Armaith, and Areal, and Asor,
36And Adamah, and Ramah, and Hazor,
37and Cades, and Assari, and the well of Asor;
37And Kedesh, and Edrei, and En–hazor,
38and Keroe, and Megalaarim, and Baetthame, and Thessamys.
38And Iron, and Migdal–el, Horem, and Beth–anath, and Beth–shemesh; nineteen cities with their villages.
39This [is] the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Nephthali.

40And the seventh lot came out to Dan .

41And their borders were Sarath, and Asa, and the cities of Sammaus,
41And the coast of their inheritance was Zorah, and Eshtaol, and Ir–shemesh,
42and Salamin, and Ammon, and Silatha,
42And Shaalabbin, and Ajalon, and Jethlah,
43and Elon, and Thamnatha, and Accaron;
43And Elon, and Thimnathah, and Ekron,
44and Alcatha, and Begethon, and Gebeelan,
44And Eltekeh, and Gibbethon, and Baalath,
45and Azor, and Banaebacat, and Gethremmon.
45And Jehud, and Bene–berak, and Gath–rimmon,
46And westward of Hieracon the border [was] near to Joppa.
46And Me–jarkon, and Rakkon, with the border before Japho.
47This [is] the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Dan, according to their families, these [are] their cities and their villages: and the children of Dan did not drive out the Amorite who afflicted them in the mountain; and the Amorite would not suffer them to come down into the valley, but they forcibly took from them the border of their portion.
47And the coast of the children of Dan went out too little for them: therefore the children of Dan went up to fight against Leshem, and took it, and smote it with the edge of the sword, and possessed it, and dwelt therein, and called Leshem, Dan, after the name of Dan their father.
48And the sons of Dan went and fought against Lachis, and took it, and struck it with the edge of the sword; and they lived in it, and called the name of it Lasendan: and the Amorite continued to dwell in Edom and in Salamin: and the hand of Ephraim prevailed against them, and they became tribute to them.
48This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Dan according to their families, these cities with their villages.
49And they proceeded to take possession of the land according to their borders, and the children of Israel gave an inheritance to Joshua the son of Naue among them,
49When they had made an end of dividing the land for inheritance by their coasts, the children of Israel gave an inheritance to Joshua the son of Nun among them:
50by the command of God, and they gave him the city which he asked for, Thamnasarach, which is in the mount of Ephraim; and he built the city, and lived in it.
50According to the word of the Lord they gave him the city which he asked, even Timnath–serah in mount Ephraim: and he built the city, and dwelt therein.
51These [are] the divisions which Eleazar the priest divided by lot, and Joshua the [son] of Naue, and the heads of families among the tribes of Israel, according to the lots, in Selo before the Lord by the doors of the tabernacle of testimony, and they went to take possession of the land.
51These are the inheritances, which Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun, and the heads of the fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel, divided for an inheritance by lot in Shiloh before the Lord, at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation. So they made an end of dividing the country.
