¹(118) Alleluia. Give thanks to the Lord; for [he is] good: for his mercy [endures] for ever.

¹O praise the Lord, all ye nations: praise him, all ye people.

²Let now the house of Israel say, that [he is] good: for his mercy [endures] for ever.

²For his merciful kindness is great toward us: and the truth of the Lord endureth for ever. Praise ye the Lord.
