1(67) For the end, a Psalm of David among the Hymns. God be merciful to us, and bless us; [and] cause his face to shine upon us. Pause.
1For the Chief Musician. A song. A Psalm. Make a joyful shout to God, all the earth!
2That [men] may know your way on the earth, your salvation among all nations.
2Sing to the glory of his name! Offer glory and praise!
3Let the nations, O God, give thanks to you; let all the nations give thanks to you.
3Tell God, “How awesome are your deeds! Through the greatness of your power, your enemies submit themselves to you.
4Let the nations rejoice and exult, for you shall judge the peoples in equity, and shall guide the nations on the earth. Pause.
4All the earth will worship you, and will sing to you; they will sing to your name.” Selah.
5Let the peoples, O God, give thanks to you; let all the peoples give thanks to you.
5Come, and see God’s deeds— awesome work on behalf of the children of men.
6The earth has yielded her fruit; let God, our God bless us.
6He turned the sea into dry land. They went through the river on foot. There, we rejoiced in him.
7Let God bless us; and let all the ends of the earth fear him.
7He rules by his might forever. His eyes watch the nations. Don’t let the rebellious rise up against him. Selah.
