Sirach 6:33

If you love to hear, you shall receive understanding: and if you bow your ear, you shall be wise,

If thou love to hear, thou shalt receive understanding: and if thou bow thine ear, thou shalt be wise,

If you love to hear, you will receive. If you incline your ear, you will be wise.

My sonne, if thou wilt, thou shalt be taught, and if thou wilt applie thy minde, thou shalt be wittie.
