Sirach 7:11

Laugh no man to scorn in the bitterness of his soul: for there is one which humbles and exalts.

Don’t laugh a man to scorn when he is in the bitterness of his soul, for there is one who humbles and exalts.

Laugh no man to scorne in the heauines of his soule: for [God which seeth all things] is he that can bring downe, & set vp againe.
